Biography
Born and raised in Washington State, I graduated from the University of Wahington. I've been married for 18 years and stay at home organizing two daughters who are 9 and 12 years old. I am a mother-centered doula who enjoys hot yoga, boating and skiing. Inspired to become a doula upon learning my sister was pregnant, I completed my labor support training at Seattle Midwifery School in 2008. My goal is to make every birth I attend an empowering, positive experience. Please visit my website for referrals and to learn how I can ease your transition into parenthood. Live Well!
