Become a Doula
The journey to becoming a doula can be exciting, joyous, challenging, and frustrating. PALS Doulas is here to help you manifest your dream of supporting women and families during birth.
Attend a Birth Doula Workshop
The first step to becoming a PALS Certified doula is to attend an approved Birth Doula Workshop. An approved workshop will consist of a curriculum that includes a minimum of 12 hours of Introduction to Childbirth sessions, a minimum of 16 hours of birth doula sessions, and be taught by an approved trainer.
